New recordings should now be coming in for all accounts. We are continuing to fill in yesterday's recordings and are making changes to prevent this from happening in the future.

Some accounts are experiencing a delay in accessing recordings. Despite the delay, your recordings are still being captured. We have a full team working to resolve the processing delay and apologize for any inconvenience.

Data Collection Delay in Recordings

There is a delay in our recordings queue for some accounts. All data is in the queue and you should not have any missed recordings when it finishes processing. We apologize for the delay.
