ChatChat Issues Stable
We have isolated many of the issues with chat and live visitors and are monitoring for any issues. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to ensure the stability of the system.
Chat & Live Visitors Intermittent Outages
We have encountered an issue with live visitors and chat that is causing it to not work for some customers. Our development team is working around the clock to fix this issue and we will have it back up and running as soon as possible. We will update this status as soon as we have more information and appreciate your patience.
