An outage occurred at one of our data centers that prevented a small subset of accounts to temporarily not collect new data during this outage. Our team has addressed the issue, and are working on preventing this type of outage from occurring again. At this time, the missing data has not been recovered but all previously collected data, and new data is readily available and accessible.
