Recordings Playback Connection Issues

There is an ongoing networking issue with our Google Cloud provider that is randomly causing issues viewing recordings or logging into the system. As soon as this is resolved these issues should go away. For more information on the status of this please see: https://status.cloud.google.com/incident/cloud-networking/17002

All recording data is still coming in normally and there should not be any missing data.
